About the Role
As a Senior Vice President, Construction Project Manager, you will lead, manage, and collaborate with construction and design staff, internal partners, and outsourced providers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing initiatives to execute business plans, setting priorities, allocating resources, and managing the performance of senior construction managers. You will also need to have an expert understanding of all building sites and construction-related matters in the portfolio.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a corporate environment with at least 7 years in a leadership role emphasizing international work and significant US HQ Renovation projects.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of construction and project management software.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Interest in financial services and a corporate workplace.
Benefits
