About the Role

As the SVP, Director of Transaction Management, you will lead contract negotiations for capital market transactions, manage relationships with investors, and ensure accurate completion of all contracts. You will coordinate the execution of collateral shipments, monitor due diligence processes, and facilitate settlement processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing your team.

About You

Required:

10+ years of related experience in Capital Markets Transaction Management or similar field.
Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred.
Previous leadership experience required.
Advanced to expert knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending.
Advanced to expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
Intermediate to advanced experience with SQL and MS Excel.

Preferred:

Expert speaking and writing communication skills.
Experience in contract finance and due diligence.
