About You
Required:
- Deep experience with capital equipment manufacturing and operations.
- Proven track record leading product commercialization and scaling operational infrastructure in high-growth environments.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in agriculture, biotech, or life sciences.
- Extensive knowledge of operating in the U.S., Latin America & EU, including regulatory, supplier, and logistical nuances.
