About the Role
As the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for mentoring divisional Vice Presidents, developing national sales strategies, modernizing the commercial organization, managing relationships with major accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and introducing performance analytics tools. You will play a key role in the executive leadership team, contributing to the company's growth strategy.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience within chemicals, cleaning products, industrial consumables, or distributor-driven sectors.
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-division sales teams at scale ($100M+).
- Strong background in B2B distribution and national account management.
- Experience implementing sales systems (CRM, ERP, BI tools) and driving data-driven performance.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred:
- MBA preferred.
- Hands-on, field-oriented leader who enjoys visiting customers and building relationships directly.
