About the Role
As a Senior Vice President, Talent Management Consultant, you will lead the design and execution of high-impact development solutions, oversee the Managing Director promotions process, support leadership transitions, and act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders. Your responsibilities will include using data-driven insights to enhance talent processes and track program outcomes for continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years in Talent Management, Learning, Leadership Development, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Deep knowledge of executive development, assessment tools, and organizational strategy.
- Strong data fluency and the ability to translate talent insights into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in interacting with senior audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
