As a Senior Virology Care Specialist, you will be responsible for building compliant relationships with healthcare providers, facilitating clinical dialogues, and developing territory business plans. You will manage your territory with a business owner mindset, deliver product presentations, and collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs. Your role will also involve utilizing data-driven approaches to prioritize accounts and maximize impact.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in sales in biotech, pharmaceuticals or medical device customer-facing roles is required.
- Candidates must live within the stated territory.
- Able to fulfill requirement to be in the field five days a week, including overnights as required.
- Proven winning attitude with a growth mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated persistence, resilience, agility, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred:
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of patients.
- Strong ability to communicate clinical product information.
