About the Role
As a Server, you will be responsible for serving food in a friendly and courteous manner, taking food and beverage orders, setting up and breaking down tables, and ensuring compliance with serving techniques. You will maintain a safe environment and encourage teamwork among staff.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong desire to work with the elderly.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
- Possess written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
