About the Role
As a Server, you will be responsible for serving delicious meals, recording guest meals, assisting in meal preparations, and ensuring adherence to infection control policies. You will also perform daily operations and cleaning of the dining room and server areas, while reporting any concerns to the Culinary Services Director.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to demonstrate adherence to proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.
- Understanding of food safety procedures and sanitation of equipment measures.
Preferred:
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
