As a Server, you will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving residents and guests, setting up and breaking down tables, and ensuring compliance with serving techniques and safety standards. You will work collaboratively with co-workers to create a positive dining environment.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Preferred:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
