As a Server, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to residents, family members, and visitors in a professional manner. Your duties will include taking orders, setting up and breaking down tables, ensuring compliance with serving techniques, and maintaining a safe environment. You will also encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and residents.
Preferred:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
