Your responsibilities will include proactively seeking out new customers, utilizing company software for project estimation, collaborating with service coordinators, implementing prospecting strategies, managing territory sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also conduct direct sales and foster customer success by understanding their needs.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the HVAC or Plumbing industry.
- Proven track record in sales, account management, and customer success.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC or Plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, territory sales, B2B sales, and direct sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
