About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers, obtaining vehicle information, recording vehicle conditions, preparing estimates, and coordinating with fleet billing companies. You will also assist with loaner car requests, verify insurance, advise on warranties, and follow up on customer experiences. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations within the service department.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
- Ability to work consistent schedule hours M-F.
- Knowledge of automobile systems and medium duty/commercial vehicles.
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1 year in service department experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant.
- DMS experience (Tekion system a plus).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
