Summary
The Spartan Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team at Subaru of Missoula, a brand new, state-of-the-art facility.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will assist customers in determining the necessary services for their vehicles, assign vehicles to the appropriate technicians, review completed and recommended services with customers, and ensure accurate data input. This role is part of a well-organized service department that operates on a 5-day work week, closed on weekends.
About You
Required:
- At least 1 year of automotive dealership service experience.
- Strong computer skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds.
