About the Role

As a Service Banker, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries regarding various accounts, electronic banking services, and retail products. Your daily tasks will include identifying customers over the phone, answering questions, researching problems, and performing operational duties related to deposit accounts, digital banking assistance, and customer service complaints. You will also promote quality customer service and teamwork among bank departments.

About You

Required:

High school degree or equivalent with some related work experience.
Ability to handle customer service complaints and provide effective problem-solving.

Preferred:

1-6 months of experience in a service-related role.
Knowledge of banking laws, rules, regulations, and ethical standards.
