You will also oversee recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
About You
Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or lead experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the public safety industry.
- Proven ability to motivate others to perform at their peak.
