About the Role
As a Service Clerk, Hvy, you will be responsible for reviewing expense reports, assisting field supervisors with job schedules, and providing administrative support. Your daily tasks will include handling service department phones, payroll review, work order entry, and maintaining the organization of the service office. You will also assist with warranty material and perform additional duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or previous accounting/payroll experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to read and interpret service literature and procedure manuals.
- Knowledge of general math for calculating figures and amounts.
- Experience in problem-solving service issues in a professional manner.
