About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Early Intervention case records, providing information about the service system, conducting intake activities, coordinating evaluations, and facilitating the development of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs). You will ensure compliance with HIPAA and FERPA standards and maintain communication with families to support their involvement in the program.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service or Social Service field.
- Knowledge of typical/atypical child development.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Preferred:
- Obtain EI Service Coordination DHS credential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
