About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling preventive maintenance and emergency calls, dispatching HVAC technicians, managing customer issues, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You will work closely with other Service Coordinators to maximize technician productivity and profitability, while also handling payroll confirmations and issuing purchase orders as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Five years of experience in dispatching or mechanical service/construction.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree.
- Prior dispatching experience.
