About the Role
As a Service Coordinator Lead, you will facilitate training for Service Coordinators, track and document processes, assist in onboarding new hires, manage vendor invoices, and ensure adherence to operational processes. You will also provide backup support for Service Coordinators, assist in dispatching and routing, and ensure outstanding customer service.
