As a Service Customer Care Representative / Dispatcher, you will be responsible for processing incoming calls from customers and service technicians, dispatching technicians to service calls, entering technician payroll hours, processing parts and service billing, creating daily work orders, maintaining records and files, and assisting other departments as needed.
About You
Required:
- Less than 2 years related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Excellent phone skills.
- Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus.
- Ability to multitask.
