- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Prior leadership experience managing development and application support teams.
- Strong Mainframe knowledge.
- PEP+ experience.
- Experience leading teams in a production support environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Kanban frameworks.
- Prior hands-on development experience with PEP+.
- Experience supporting ACH, EDI, Wire, or Integrated Payables systems.
