About You
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong keyboarding proficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to collaborate with Service Desk Agents and Field Technicians.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with internal customers.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Experience working with computerized inventory systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
