You will also assist with quality control and maintain an organized dispatch area to support departmental goals.
About You
Required:
- Prior technician experience or extensive automotive repair knowledge.
- Proven ability to manage shop workflow and prioritize repairs.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and repair order documentation.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CDK or similar DMS software.
- Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and attention to detail.
