About the Role
As a Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for assigning repair orders to technicians based on their skills and availability, monitoring shop workflow, and communicating updates on vehicle status to service advisors. You will also assist with quality control and maintain an organized dispatch area to support departmental goals.
About You
Required:
Prior technician experience or extensive automotive repair knowledge.
Proven ability to manage shop workflow and prioritize repairs.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of warranty procedures and repair order documentation.
Preferred:
Familiarity with CDK or similar DMS software.
Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and attention to detail.
