About You
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in managing external service providers and implementing IT sourcing strategies, ideally in an international context.
- Solid knowledge in budget planning, cost control, and KPI-based service management.
- Experience with ITIL-based processes and service governance.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing service quality and efficiency.
