Summary
Sharp Business USA is seeking a Service Manager to join their Sharp Display Solutions Operations Team in Downers Grove, IL. The role involves planning, organizing, executing, and coordinating post-installation service engagement.
About the Role
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing post-install project financials and logistics, maintaining project documentation, coordinating service engagement, communicating service status to stakeholders, deploying contractors, and providing onsite support and training. You will also handle inventory management and respond to technical issues.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical technical field, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience deploying audio-visual systems and associated mechanical structures.
- End-to-end project deployment experience with hands-on installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of advanced audio-visual systems.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience.
Preferred:
- Project Management certification.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient using MS Office applications: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.
- Skilled in Salesforce / SAP.
- Proficient using CAD applications.
- Previous display technology experience in LCD, Projection, LED.
