About the Role
As a Service Net Administrator, you will be responsible for processing, reviewing, and validating ServiceNet repair claims for dealer payment and corporate reimbursement. You will research and resolve discrepancies related to claim amounts, serve as the primary contact for dealership service teams and fleet customers, assist with ServiceNet system issues, and maintain accurate records of all claim activity. Additionally, you will handle monthly reconciliation of account standing to ensure timely payments are received.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or at least 2 years of data analyst or project/program management experience.
- Experience in accounts payable, billing, or financial reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications).
Preferred:
- Experience with ServiceNet or similar claim/service platforms.
