About the Role
As a Service Professional, you will lead a team of field technicians, manage daily operations, conduct quality assurance inspections, handle customer interactions, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring technicians, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate documentation of services.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of three years of pest control service experience.
- Prior supervisory or operations management experience.
- State Certified Applicator license or ability to obtain one.
Preferred:
- Strong knowledge of termite treatment methods and moisture remediation practices.
- Knowledge of building construction and crawlspace moisture control systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
