About the Role
As a Service Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting and assisting customers, cashing out customers, and supporting Service Advisors and the Service Manager as needed. The ideal candidate should be organized, well-spoken, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Successful time management and organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Administrative assistant experience.
