About the Role
About You
- High school diploma required; associate degree or technical training in electronics, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of electrical theory.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial, mechanical, or electromechanical equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT and customer requirements.
- Comfort working in different environments and customer locations daily.
- Ability to document work clearly and accurately using digital tools (ERP, CRM, service dispatch systems).
- Willingness to obtain a CDL within six months of hire (company-supported).
- Experience in weighing, metrology, construction sites, rigging, or industrial installations.
