About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for resolving equipment issues in an assigned territory efficiently. Your duties will include inspecting, programming, and cleaning equipment, managing car inventory, tracking daily mileage, and documenting service calls. You will also be expected to meet industry benchmarks for call efficiency and maintain a clean and organized inventory of parts.

Required:

Technological proficiency and computer skills.
Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
Willingness to learn new job-related information.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Preferred:

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing multifunctional devices.
Familiarity with installation processes and ability to follow manuals and written instructions.
