Summary

Kforce Inc is seeking a Service Titan Operations Associate to join their team in Sanford, FL. The role involves owning, supporting, and optimizing the use of ServiceTitan as a core operational platform across the organization.

About the Role

As a Service Titan Operations Associate, you will serve as the internal expert on the ServiceTitan platform, champion operational excellence, support and improve workflows, and partner with leadership and operational teams to align business needs with platform solutions. You will also lead training initiatives, act as a liaison with external partners, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Required:

3+ years of experience working in the trades industry.
Hands-on, current experience with ServiceTitan.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support and educate non-technical users.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally across all levels of an organization.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and long-term sustainability.
Ability to manage change, influence adoption, and build trust with stakeholders.

Preferred:

Experience working within the ServiceTitan ecosystem, including certified or approved ServiceTitan partners.
Exposure to large-scale operational environments with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with recent ServiceTitan platform changes and enhancements.
Experience supporting or implementing operational or field service technology platforms.
