About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to form and maintain effective business relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Completion of required background checks and training as per Pennsylvania's Child Protective Services Law.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial management within a non-profit organization.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting processes.
