- At least 2 years of experience in street maintenance or a related field
- A valid driver’s license and reliable telephone contact
- Knowledge of road, sidewalk, and traffic maintenance standards
- Familiarity with tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and follow directions
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Physical strength and stamina to work in all conditions
