Summary
EY is seeking a ServiceNow - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Manager to join their team in an open location. The role involves leading ServiceNow Transformation teams and managing complex technical initiatives to provide solutions for business decision-making.
About the Role
As a ServiceNow Consulting Manager, you will lead teams in delivering HR Service Delivery solutions, interact with business stakeholders to evaluate processes, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will also manage workstream delivery, track project status, and participate in client sessions to ensure successful project execution.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- 4 - 6 years of relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Excellent soft skills including executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, and relationship building.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- A valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow's AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
