EY is seeking a ServiceNow - IT Operations Management (ITOM) Manager to join their team in an open location. The role involves leading ServiceNow Transformation teams and providing solutions for IT operations management.
About the Role
As a ServiceNow Consulting Manager, you will lead teams in delivering ITOM solutions, manage client relationships, and oversee the development of user interfaces across various platforms. You will be responsible for project management, quality assurance, and mentoring team members while engaging with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- 4 - 6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of 2 ServiceNow certifications from a specified list.
- 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills including executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, and relationship building.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HAM, or SAM.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow's AI solutions.
