About the Role
As a ServiceNow Consulting Manager, you will lead teams in delivering complex technical initiatives, interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will also manage workstream delivery, track project status, and participate in client sessions, ensuring effective management of processes and solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- 4 - 6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Excellent soft skills including executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, and relationship building.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- A driver's license valid in the U.S.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow's AI solutions.
