EY is seeking a ServiceNow - Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Manager to join their team in a remote capacity. The role involves leading ServiceNow Transformation teams and providing solutions for business decision-making.
About the Role
As a ServiceNow Consulting Manager, you will lead teams in a rapidly growing area, interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will manage complex technical initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with performance objectives while participating in client sessions and leading workstreams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- 4 - 6 years relevant ServiceNow project experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of 2 ServiceNow certifications from specified areas.
- 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow's AI solutions.
