EY is seeking a ServiceNow- IT/OT Asset Management Senior Consultant to join their Tech Consulting team in an open location. The role involves leading ServiceNow Transformation teams and providing innovative solutions for IT and Operational Technology asset management.
About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead teams in delivering ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management solutions, collaborating with clients to gather requirements, designing user interfaces, and ensuring effective coding and programming. You will also manage a multi-disciplinary team, provide guidance on best practices, and engage directly with stakeholders through regular travel.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of 2 ServiceNow certifications from specified areas.
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills including communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, and organization.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions.
