About the Role
About You
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology focusing on ServiceNow Development, Administration, and/or Architecture.
- 2+ years of recent experience working on enterprise ServiceNow Architecture including a deep understanding of modules, scripting, integrations, and platform capabilities.
- 2+ years of experience managing people and processes.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least 1 additional ServiceNow Certification.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant professional work experience.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do.
- Understanding of SDLC best practices, network administration and system and data security.
- Experience defining standards for platform tables, data and processes.
- Commitment to staying current with ServiceNow releases, certifications, and industry trends.
- Knowledge of regulatory framework, security standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to quickly process complex information in the context of overall business strategy.
