About the Role
About You
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3+ years focused on CSM.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead on enterprise-level ServiceNow CSM implementations.
- Strong understanding of customer service workflows, case management, and field service operations.
- Experience designing and integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and data sources.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- ServiceNow certifications in CSM or related modules, including CIS-CSM certification (required).
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) is a plus.
