About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in IT Service Management and cloud platforms.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- ITIL 4, COBIT, ISO 27001, ServiceNow Certification(s), BMC Helix Certification(s), Flexera Certification(s), Jira Service Management (JSM), and certifications from leading cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
