- Strong background in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Hands-on experience in ITSM or related modules.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, especially for server-side scripting.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Glide APIs, including Glide Record and Glide System.
- Experience working with core ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
- Familiarity with Scoped Applications, Update Sets, and ServiceNow Store apps.
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments with rapid release cycles.
