Summary
xScion Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow DPR Technical Lead to join their team in McLean, VA. The role involves architecting, configuring, and implementing the ServiceNow DPR module to support the Enterprise Release Management Program.
About the Role
As a ServiceNow DPR Technical Lead, you will lead the technical implementation of the ServiceNow DPR module, design and customize workflows, integrate with existing tools, create dashboards, and ensure data governance. You will work closely with Release Managers and governance teams to ensure a robust and scalable technical foundation for release management.
About You
Required:
- US Citizenship and willingness to complete a background check including fingerprinting and drug testing.
- 7+ years in ServiceNow administration/development, including at least 3 years in Release or Change Management modules.
- Proven expertise configuring and deploying the ServiceNow DPR module in complex organizations.
- Strong integration skills with enterprise testing and project management tools.
- Experience implementing ITIL-based release management workflows in ServiceNow.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Release Management or related module.
- Experience in large financial services, regulatory, or government environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise-scale cloud and colocation migration programs.
- Familiarity with Jira, LoadRunner, and enterprise testing tools.
