KPMG US is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer – Platform Operations to join their Digital Nexus technology organization in Short Hills, NJ. The role involves leading support and enhancement requests across all ServiceNow products/modules and driving process improvements.
About the Role
As a ServiceNow Engineer – Platform Operations, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving platform issues, designing and developing solutions, maintaining documentation, managing platform health, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to platform upgrades.
About You
Required:
- Minimum three years of recent practical experience developing and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and enhancing a range of ServiceNow products/modules.
