About the Role
As a ServiceNow HRSD Process and Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration of the ServiceNow platform, overseeing user access, managing incidents, and supporting upgrade planning. You will implement new functionalities, support HR process improvements, and ensure a positive user experience. Your work will also include maintaining process documentation and collaborating with various teams to enhance HR processes.
About You
Required:
- Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA), HRSD
- 2+ years in an HR generalist or HR functional role
- 2+ years in HR role specifically related to process/technology management
- Experience implementing and configuring areas of ServiceNow
Preferred:
- ServiceNow HRSD experience
- Experience in HR system integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze processes and support plans for improvement
