About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, taking ownership of solution delivery from design through implementation. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end client projects across various ServiceNow applications, managing client relationships, translating business requirements into effective solutions, and mentoring junior staff. You will also support proposal development and deliver sales demos to prospective clients.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with business development activities (demos, proposals, pre-sales discussions).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
