About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience architecting and developing within the ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules.
- Active Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) Certification.
- Working knowledge of the NIST cybersecurity framework.
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, REST).
- Micro Certs and other certifications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Additional ITIL V3 and ITIL V4 Certifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
