About the Role
About You
- 10+ years of IT or ServiceNow experience with a strong focus on ITAM and CMDB initiatives.
- Hands-on functional expertise in ServiceNow SAM and CMDB modules.
- Strong understanding of ITAM, ITSM, ITIL processes, and software licensing concepts.
- Proven experience producing structured BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into structured deliverables.
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating within enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs.
- Certified System Administrator CSA.
- CIS SAM or ITAM certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
