About the Role

As a ServiceNow ITAM Consultant, you will design and implement ITAM solutions, manage end-to-end asset lifecycle processes, maintain accurate asset inventories, ensure software license compliance, and integrate ITAM with various tools. You will also build dashboards and reports, support audits, and collaborate with multiple teams.

About You

Required:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM.
Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro).
Experience with CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery.
Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and scripting (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes).
Strong stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred:

CIS – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM).
CIS – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM).
ITIL Foundation.
