About the Role
As a ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Senior Associate, you will execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery patterns, MID Server installation, Event Management rule creation, and Service Mapping design. You will develop integration solutions with external systems, translate technical requirements into scalable implementations, and support system testing and deployment. Engaging with clients during technical workshops and maintaining documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting methods.
- Experience integrating with third-party tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor.
